Well.... I couldn't stand the middle of New Moon considering that Edward left! I just don't think that Jacob is good for Bella. Jacob is a jerk! But i love the end when they're all safe and sound in Forks again with Edward, Bella's true love!

omg when i read new moon, the whole time bella was depressed, I was depressed 2!!! 
sorry buh i LUV JACOB 2 BITS!!!!!  he has jerkish moments buh that's b/c he luvs bella nd is jelous of edward--or like someone said, it's b/c he doesn't understand how edward can hurt bella nd then go running back 2 eachother--he prob. jus doesn't want 2 lose bella---but im glad he doesn't!

I wrote this song about my opinion of "New Moon"... It's called "Four Months (Bella's Lament)".... Edward didn't imagine that Bella would take him back, and part of him wishes she could have stayed happy with Jacob... part of ME TOO, but I'm team Edward all the way.... as they always reference, they're like Heathcliffe and Cathy !!!!

I agree about the whining. I end up not liking Bella too much thru the whole series because she's always sooooo needy! But I have a comment about the movie. In the interviews with Rob Pattinson, he talks about how Edward isn't in the book much blah blah blah, but actually in my opion, he is in the beginning and from the time that Bella finds him in Italy, and to me that's quite a bit. I know for the movie they plan on showing him when Bella is hearing his voice but I really hope they don't chop up the story like they did with Twilight and cut out what there is of Edward to make it more about Jacob. That really ruined the Twilight movie for me.

New Moon made me feel her pain fom him leaving, I couldn't help but feel my throat tighten up sometimes and feel sad after reading chapters, it is a hard pill to swallow, I can't even imagine what it was like for Edward around this time. It must have been just as bad if not worse.

I've pretty much read all the outtakes and deleted scenes from all of the books and some extra's from twilight lexicon. They are really good, but there is a scene from twilight that no one has ever seen, Edward and Alice take Bella gambling in Vegas only found at lexicon, it is ok , but good to see ways they bounded.

..New Moon was actually my favorite book of the series. 1. NO (or very litte) Edward/Bella romance. 2. we got to see more of jake, and got to learn about his character. though never romanticly interested in jake, i liked him a whole lot more than i did Edward. Edward just annoyed the piss out of me. 3. moody, heartbroken, frustrated Bella! something i can relate to when thinking on how i felt at her age. though i've calmed down and matured quite a bit, i still remember those days, so it was nice to be able to empathize with bella. 4. bellas little hallusinations. i'm a skitz so it was interesting to see how an author would portray delusions, and how she would explain it without making bella plain old crazy. Also; Bellas attachment to her delusions i loved; i could empathize so, so much. 5. ...did i mention the absence or Edward?

in my opinion i loved new moon. the first time i read it i hated it, but when i got up to my fifth time reading it i actually enjoyed it. 13 DAYS LEFT UNTIL NEW MOON HITS THE BIG SCREEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
